The County Government of Kilifi, through the Department of Lands, Energy, Housing, Physical Planning, and Urban Development, led by the County Executive Committee Member Hon. Jane Kamto funded and mandated the IGRTC to conduct the exercise of assets transfer, which was successfully completed. Through this exercise, the team managed to transfer 259 vehicles, 8 estates, and 1028 land parcels.
