Earlier today, members of the Kilifi County Assembly Committee on Lands led by the Member of County Assembly for Sokoni Ward Hon. Raymond Katana and a Technical team from the Kilifi Dept of Lands, Energy, Housing, Physical Planning & Urban Devt and KISIP 2 CPCT team led by the County Executive Committee Member(CECM) Hon. Jane Kamto inspected Lot 1 of KISIP 2 ongoing projects in Sokoni Ward.
They visited the informal settlements in Mtaani, checked on containers installed for business and then proceeded to Kalolo and Kibaoni to inspect the tarmac roads currently under construction.
The projects will allow the realization of achieving Gideon Maitha Mung’aro transformative goal and achieving a 24-hour economy to promote socio-economic activities
