The Committee includes members from the National Land Commission, the Area Chief, County Legal Team, County surveyors, County Planner, and the Residents Committee of Mtaani / Kisumu Ndogo.

The final report will outline a plan to issue titles for Mtaani and Kisumu Ndogo, which have been delayed for more than 30 years.
